Silver medal! Reached second place in A-Slutspel
In addition to the two Borlänge teams, 47 other teams played in Pojkar 1999 A2. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Borlänge HK 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Lugi HF 3, Uppsala HK Uppsala Södra HK, Eslövs HF 1, Vadstena HF 1, Växjö HF 2, IFK Kristianstad 1, Alingsås HK 1, Enköpings HF 2 and IK Lågan Hörby 1.

Borlänge HK 2 made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Lugi HF 1 with 8-13. Thereby Borlänge HK 2 finished second in P99 A-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
