In addition to the two Bolton Sthlm teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2004 C1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IK Bolton Sthlm 1 could be found in Group 1 together with IFK Bankeryd 2, LVHK Lödde 2, Tollarps IF, H43 Lund 2, Alingsås HK 1, Ljunghusens HK 1, IFK Kristianstad 5, HK Eskil Eskilstuna 1 and Halmstad Handboll 5.

IK Bolton Sthlm 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Karlskrona Handboll 2 with 5-8. In the Final, IF Guif Eskilstuna 2 won over Åhus Handboll 5 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004 C1.
