In addition to the 5 Ystads teams, 35 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 E. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 4 could be found in Group 8 together with Åhus Handboll 2, IFK Kristianstad 2, Tollarps IF 1 and Tyresö Handboll.
