In addition to the two Ystads teams, 64 other teams played in Pojkar 2001 B2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Åhus Handboll 3, Skogås HK Sthlm 2, Borlänge HK, Ronneby HK 1, H43 Lund 4, Strömstad HK, Kristianstad HK 1, IF Hallby HK and IF Guif Eskilstuna 1.
Ystads IF HF 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Önnereds HK Gbg 2 with 8-12. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 2 won over Uppsala HK 3 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2001 B2. 10 games playedGoals |
