Silver medal! Reached second place in C-Slutspel

In addition to Vadstena HF, 66 other teams played in Flickor 2002 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Vadstena HF could be found in Group 1 together with IFK Bankeryd 2, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Kärra HF Göteborg, Vetlanda HF 2, Ystads IF HF 1, Veberöds HK, H43 Lund 2 and Gustavsbergs IF HK.

Vadstena HF made it to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against H43 Lund 1 with 6-9. Thereby Vadstena HF finished second in F02 C-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
