In addition to the two Vetlanda teams, 65 other teams played in Flickor 2002 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Vetlanda HF 2 could be found in Group 1 together with IFK Bankeryd 2, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Vadstena HF, Kärra HF Göteborg, Ystads IF HF 1, Veberöds HK, H43 Lund 2 and Gustavsbergs IF HK.
Vetlanda HF 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd 1 with 4-9. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 3 won over Åhus Handboll 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2002 B1. 9 games playedGoals |
