In addition to Växjö HF, 43 other teams played in Pojkar 2006 D1. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Växjö HF could be found in Group 3 together with Eslövs HF 1, IFK Kristianstad 1, Ystads IF HF 2, HK Hök Laholm, LVHK Lödde 2, Alingsås HK 1, Trelleborg HBK 1, Åhus Handboll 2, IFK Tumba Sthlm and H43 Lund 2.
Växjö HF continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 3 with 5-6. In the Final, Ljunghusens HK 2 won over HK Hök Laholm and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006 D1. 12 games playedGoals |
