In addition to the two Växjö teams, 64 other teams played in Pojkar 2001 B2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Växjö HF 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Karlskrona Handboll 1, Rimbo HK Roslagen, Halmstad Handboll 2, Eslövs HF 2, IFK Kristianstad 2, Alingsås HK 2, HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm and Åhus Handboll 1.
Växjö HF 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd 2 with 5-10. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 2 won over Eksjö BK and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2001 B2. 9 games playedGoals |
