In addition to the two Vinslövs teams, 38 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 E. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Vinslövs HK 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Alingsås HK, Eslövs HF 1, Halmstad Handboll 1 and Åhus Handboll 4.

Vinslövs HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Tollarps IF 1 with 10-11. In the Final, Tollarps IF 1 won over Åhus Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007 E.
