In addition to the two Halmstad teams, 38 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 E. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Halmstad Handboll 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Alingsås HK, Vinslövs HK 2, Eslövs HF 1 and Åhus Handboll 4.

Halmstad Handboll 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 with 2-10. In the Final, Tollarps IF 1 won over Åhus Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007 E.
