In addition to the three Kristianstad teams, 61 other teams played in Flickor 2006 D2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Kristianstad HK 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Eslövs IK 2, Huddinge HK Sthlm 3, Åhus Handboll 2, Halmstad Handboll 2, Ronneby HK 2, H43 Lund 2, LVHK Lödde 1 and Önnereds HK Gbg.

Kristianstad HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 2 with 4-5. In the Final, Trelleborg HBK Trelleborgs HBK won over Vinslövs HK 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2006 D2.

Kristianstad HK also participated in Flickor 2006 D1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in F06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs IK 3 with 6-7.
