In addition to the 6 Kristianstad teams, 84 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Kristianstad HK 4 could be found in Group 1 together with Halmstad Handboll 1, Eslövs IK 1, LVHK Lödde 1, Spånga HK Stockholm 1, Lugi HF 3, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1, Åhus Handboll 2, Kärra HF Göteborg 2 and AIK Handbollsförening 2.

Kristianstad HK 4 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Älta IF Stockholm 2 with 2-7. In the Final, Älta IF Stockholm 2 won over Åhus Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1.

Kristianstad HK also participated in Flickor 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the Semi final in F03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Borlänge HK 1 with 11-12.
