In addition to the two Älta Stockholm teams, 88 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Älta IF Stockholm 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Torslanda HK Göteborg 1, Lugi HF 1, Gökstens BK Torshälla 1, Ronneby HK, Åhus Handboll 1, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 3, Staffanstorps HK 2, H 65 Höör 2 and Borlänge HK 1.

Älta IF Stockholm 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against AIK Handbollsförening 3 with 4-5. In the Final, Älta IF Stockholm 2 won over Åhus Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1.

Älta IF Stockholm also participated in Flickor 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the Semi final in F03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 3 with 8-11.
