In addition to the two Staffanstorps teams, 68 other teams played in Flickor 2004 C2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Staffanstorps HK 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Kävlinge HK 1, Kristianstad HK 2, Kärra HF Göteborg, IFK Bankeryd, Karlskrona Handboll 2, Vinslövs HK 1, Lugi HF 3, Hanviken Handboll and IK Lågan Hörby 1.
Staffanstorps HK 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 1 with 9-10. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 3 won over Åhus Handboll 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2004 C2. Staffanstorps HK also participated in Flickor 2004 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
