In addition to Staffanstorps HK, 49 other teams played in Flickor 2001 A1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Staffanstorps HK could be found in Group 3 together with IK Lågan Hörby 2, H43 Lund 1, Uppsala HK 1, Gustavsbergs IF HK, IF Guif Eskilstuna 1, Växjö HF, IK Baltichov Gbg 1, Åhus Handboll and IFK Klagshamn.

Staffanstorps HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Ankaret Bjärred with 8-13. In the Final, Uppsala HK 1 won over Gustavsbergs IF HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2001 A1.

Staffanstorps HK also participated in Flickor 2001 B2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the Semi final in F01 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Näsby Handboll 1 with 12-14.
