In addition to the two H43 Lund teams, 48 other teams played in Flickor 2001 A1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof H43 Lund 1 could be found in Group 3 together with IK Lågan Hörby 2, Uppsala HK 1, Staffanstorps HK, Gustavsbergs IF HK, IF Guif Eskilstuna 1, Växjö HF, IK Baltichov Gbg 1, Åhus Handboll and IFK Klagshamn.

H43 Lund 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Tumba Sthlm IFK Tumba HK Vit with 6-8. In the Final, IFK Tumba Sthlm IFK Tumba HK Vit won over H43 Lund 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2001 A1.

H43 Lund also participated in Flickor 2001 B2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They won A-Slutspel, after beating Näsby Handboll 1 in the final with 14-13.
