In addition to the two Staffanstorps teams, 74 other teams played in Flickor 2002 B2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Staffanstorps HK 1 could be found in Group 3 together with IFK Karlsborg, AIK Handbollsförening AIK Gul, OV Helsingborg HK, Borlänge HK 6, Uppsala HK 1, IFK Kristianstad 1, IFK Strängnäs and H43 Lund 4.

Staffanstorps HK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 1 with 7-12. In the Final, Kärra HF Göteborg 2 won over Staffanstorps HK 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2002 B2.

Staffanstorps HK also participated in Flickor 2002 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in F02 A-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm with 7-11.
