In addition to the two Uppsala teams, 74 other teams played in Flickor 2002 B2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 1 could be found in Group 3 together with IFK Karlsborg, AIK Handbollsförening AIK Gul, OV Helsingborg HK, Borlänge HK 6, IFK Kristianstad 1, IFK Strängnäs, H43 Lund 4 and Staffanstorps HK 1.

Uppsala HK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kärra HF Göteborg 2 with 12-13. In the Final, Kärra HF Göteborg 2 won over Staffanstorps HK 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2002 B2.

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 2002 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in F02 A-Slutspel, but lost it against LUGI HF 2 with 10-11.
