In addition to the four H43 Lund teams, 72 other teams played in Flickor 2002 B2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof H43 Lund 4 could be found in Group 3 together with IFK Karlsborg, AIK Handbollsförening AIK Gul, OV Helsingborg HK, Borlänge HK 6, Uppsala HK 1, IFK Kristianstad 1, IFK Strängnäs and Staffanstorps HK 1.

H43 Lund 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK 2 with 8-12. In the Final, Kärra HF Göteborg 2 won over Staffanstorps HK 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2002 B2.

H43 Lund also participated in Flickor 2002 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in F02 A-Slutspel, but lost it against LUGI HF 2 with 8-12.
