In addition to Trelleborg HBK, 58 other teams played in Pojkar 2006 D2. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Trelleborg HBK could be found in Group 5 together with Alingsås HK 2, Lugi HF, LVHK Lödde 3, Uppsala HK 2, IFK Bankeryd 1, Karlskrona Handboll 3, Ljunghusens HK 3, IFK Kristianstad 4 and HK Hök Laholm 2.

Trelleborg HBK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm with 8-10. In the Final, H43 Lund 1 won over Ystads IF HF 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006 D2.

Trelleborg HBK also participated in Pojkar 2006 D1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in P06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 2 with 4-10.
