In addition to the two H43 Lund teams, 57 other teams played in Pojkar 2006 D2. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof H43 Lund 1 could be found in Group 4 together with IFK Kristianstad 2, Alingsås HK 1, LVHK Lödde 2, Växjö HF 2, Eslövs HF 1, Halmstad Handboll 3, Karlskrona Handboll 2 and Ystads IF HF 3.
H43 Lund 1 made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Ystads IF HF 2, which they won with 11-9. Thereby H43 Lund 1 won the entire A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. H43 Lund also participated in Pojkar 2006 D1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
