In addition to the three Karlskrona teams, 56 other teams played in Pojkar 2006 D2. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Karlskrona Handboll 2 could be found in Group 4 together with IFK Kristianstad 2, Alingsås HK 1, LVHK Lödde 2, Växjö HF 2, Eslövs HF 1, Halmstad Handboll 3, H43 Lund 1 and Ystads IF HF 3.

Karlskrona Handboll 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd 1 with 4-6. In the Final, H 78 Sölvesborg 2 won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006 D2.

Karlskrona Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2006 D1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in P06 C-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Hök Laholm with 1-7.
