In addition to the three Karlskrona teams, 56 other teams played in Pojkar 2006 D2. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Karlskrona Handboll 3 could be found in Group 5 together with Alingsås HK 2, Lugi HF, LVHK Lödde 3, Uppsala HK 2, IFK Bankeryd 1, Ljunghusens HK 3, Trelleborg HBK, IFK Kristianstad 4 and HK Hök Laholm 2.

Karlskrona Handboll 3 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 2 with 2-6. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 2 won over Växjö HF 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006 D2.

Karlskrona Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2006 D1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in P06 C-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Hök Laholm with 1-7.
