Kungarna av Tylösand ÖKD

Kungarna av Tylösand was one of 284 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Damer.

In addition to Kungarna av Tylösand, 31 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Kungarna av Tylösand could be found in Group 4 together with motståndarlaget, Second Generations of Tonårsmammorna, Team van Stam, IK Lågan Hörby, Stolpskott, LVHK Lödde Vikings and Hej Sash.

Kungarna av Tylösand continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Vinslövs HK 1 with 7-10. In the Final, Uffes Brudar won over H43 Lund 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer.

Kungarna av Tylösand comes from Halmstad which lies approximately 120 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Halmstad does also provide 8 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017 (Halmstad Pride 92, HK Hök Laholm, Halmstad Tant, Markaryd HK Old Star, Team Tylösand, Kärleken boys, HK Drott Halmstad and Halmstad Handboll).
