Eslövs IK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Team Esbjerg HK 2 with 13-14. In the Final, Åhus Handboll won over Team Esbjerg HK 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Elit Dam. Eslövs IK also participated in Elit Dam during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
