In addition to the three IFK Kristianstad teams, 42 other teams played in Pojkar 2008. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad Lag3 could be found in Group 4 together with Eslövs HF 1, HK Ankaret 2, Alingsås HK 1, Lödde Vikings HK 1, Tollarps IF, Halmstad Handboll 2, Åhus Handboll 1 and Ystads IF HF 3.
IFK Kristianstad Lag3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Lugi HF 3 with 6-7. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 1 won over Lugi HF 3 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2008. IFK Kristianstad also participated in Pojkar 2008 E during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017.
