IFK Tumba HK F01 1

In addition to the two IFK Tumba teams, 43 other teams played in Flickor 2001. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba HK 1 could be found in Group 4 together with Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll, Ystads IF HF Vit, Kävlinge HK 1, Halmstad Handboll, Kärra HF, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb, HK Ankaret 1 and Eslövs IK 1.

IFK Tumba HK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Uppsala HK 1 with 9-12. In the Final, Borlänge HK 1 won over Kärra HF and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2001.
