In addition to the 5 Alingsås teams, 73 other teams played in Pojkar 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 2 could be found in Group 1 together with GF Kroppskultur, Gubbängen/Tallen IK 2, Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll, IFK Mullsjö, Rimbo HK Roslagen, IFK Kristianstad 3, Åhus Handboll 5, IFK Malmö HF and Uppsala HK.

Alingsås HK 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 4 with 9-10. In the Final, H43 Lund HF 2 won over Alingsås HK 4 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004.

Alingsås HK also participated in Pojkar 2004 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the Semi final in P04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm with 9-11.
