In addition to Uppsala HK, 77 other teams played in Pojkar 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK could be found in Group 1 together with GF Kroppskultur, Gubbängen/Tallen IK 2, Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll, IFK Mullsjö, Rimbo HK Roslagen, Alingsås HK 2, IFK Kristianstad 3, Åhus Handboll 5 and IFK Malmö HF.

Uppsala HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 4 with 12-14. In the Final, H43 Lund HF 2 won over Alingsås HK 4 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2004.

Uppsala HK also participated in Pojkar 2004 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in P04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund 1 with 8-14.
