In addition to the three Tyresö teams, 75 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Tyresö Handboll 2 could be found in Group 8 together with Åhus Handboll 2, Uppsala HK 2, Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll 2, Eslövs IK 2, Lödde Vikings HK 1, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb 2, GF Kroppskultur, VästeråsIrsta HF and H43 Lund HF 1.

Tyresö Handboll 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ljunghusens HK with 6-7. In the Final, IK Lågan Hörby 1 won over Ljunghusens HK and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Tyresö Handboll also participated in Flickor 2006 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in F06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund 1 with 12-15.
