Silver medal! Reached second place in C-Slutspel

In addition to Ljunghusens HK, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Ljunghusens HK could be found in Group 1 together with Tomelilla IF, Alingsås HK 3, Huddinge HK 1, Halmstad Handboll Halmstad handboll 1, Hammarby IF HF 1, IFK Malmö HF, Lödde Vikings HK 2, Växjö HF 1 and IFK Kristianstad 1.

Ljunghusens HK made it to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby 1 with 4-5. Thereby Ljunghusens HK finished second in F06 C-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018.

Ljunghusens HK also participated in Flickor 2006 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in F06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against LVHK Lödde 2 with 8-9.
