In addition to the three Eslövs teams, 75 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK 2 could be found in Group 8 together with Åhus Handboll 2, Uppsala HK 2, Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll 2, Lödde Vikings HK 1, Tyresö Handboll 2, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb 2, GF Kroppskultur, VästeråsIrsta HF and H43 Lund HF 1.

Eslövs IK 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 3 with 5-6. In the Final, Alingsås HK 1 won over Eslövs IK 3 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Eslövs IK also participated in Flickor 2006 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against Alingsås HK 1 with 8-9 and ended up in second place.
