In addition to the two Eslövs teams, 68 other teams played in Flickor 2002. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Spånga HK 1, Borlänge HK 2, H43 Lund HF 3, Gustavsbergs IF HK, IFK Kristianstad 2, IFK Bankeryd, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb, OV Helsingborg HK and AIK Handbollsförening 2.

Eslövs IK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 2 with 7-12. In the Final, Höörs HK H 65 2 won over Åhus Handboll 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2002.

Eslövs IK also participated in Flickor 2002 B2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in F02 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Kärra HF Göteborg 2 with 5-16.
