In addition to the three Uppsala teams, 75 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 2 could be found in Group 8 together with Åhus Handboll 2, Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll 2, Eslövs IK 2, Lödde Vikings HK 1, Tyresö Handboll 2, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb 2, GF Kroppskultur, VästeråsIrsta HF and H43 Lund HF 1.

Uppsala HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Vinslövs HK 1 with 5-6. In the Final, Lugi HF 1 won over Vinslövs HK 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 2006 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in F06 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 1 with 3-9.
