In addition to the two Höörs H 65 teams, 23 other teams played in Damer Junior 98-00. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Höörs HK H 65 2 could be found in Group 3 together with IFK Kristianstad 1, Torslanda HK, H43 Lund HF 2, Eslövs IK, Huddinge HK 2, Uppsala HK 2 and HK Silwing/Troja all-stars.

Höörs HK H 65 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Trelleborg Handbollsklubb 1 with 7-9. In the Final, Eslövs IK won over Trelleborg Handbollsklubb 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Damer Junior 98-00.
