In addition to the two H43 Lund teams, 23 other teams played in Damer Junior 98-00. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 2 could be found in Group 3 together with IFK Kristianstad 1, Torslanda HK, Eslövs IK, Huddinge HK 2, Höörs HK H 65 2, Uppsala HK 2 and HK Silwing/Troja all-stars.

H43 Lund HF 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Trelleborg Handbollsklubb 1 with 7-12. In the Final, Eslövs IK won over Trelleborg Handbollsklubb 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Damer Junior 98-00.
