In addition to the two Lugi teams, 63 other teams played in Pojkar 2006. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Lugi HF 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Höörs HK H 65, IFK Kristianstad 2, Raklev G&I Raklev, Eslövs HF 1, Alingsås HK 2, Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll Karlskrona Handboll P06 lag 2, Lödde Vikings HK 2, HK Silwing/Troja and Ystads IF HF 4.

Lugi HF 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against H 78 Sölvesborg 1 with 6-7. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 1 won over Halmstad Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2006.

Lugi HF also participated in Pojkar 2006 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in P06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Malmö HF with 8-9.
