In addition to the two IFK Malmö teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Malmö HF 1 could be found in Group 1 together with H 78 Sölvesborg 2, Falu HK, Lugi HF 3, HK Eskil, Åhus Handboll 1, Uppsala HK 3, Halmstad Handboll 2, Alingsås HK 2 and IFK Kristianstad 6.

IFK Malmö HF 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 5 with 10-11. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 2 won over Alingsås HK 5 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

IFK Malmö HF also participated in Pojkar 2003 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the Semi final in P03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 with 5-11.
