In addition to Eksjö BK, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Eksjö BK could be found in Group 8 together with Trelleborg Handbollsklubb hbk, Spånga HK Hav, IFK Kristianstad, Höörs HK H 65 1, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, HK Aranäs Blå, Halmstad Handboll 2, Eslövs IK Gul and Alingsås HK 04.

Eksjö BK continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IK Sävehof 2 Svart with 3-11. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK 2 won over IK Sävehof 2 Svart and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.
