In addition to Sollentuna HK, 78 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Sollentuna HK could be found in Group 4 together with Huddinge HK 1, Uppsala HK 5, Alingsås HK F06 blå, OV Helsingborg HK MG, Borlänge HK 2, Elvebyen HK, Kristianstad HK 1, Lödde Vikings HK 1 and Eslövs IK.

Sollentuna HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK Svart with 5-6. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK 3 won over Eslövs IK Svart and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.

Sollentuna HK also participated in Flickor 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in F05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Haninge HK 1 with 7-13.
