In addition to Elvebyen HK, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Elvebyen HK could be found in Group 4 together with Huddinge HK 1, Uppsala HK 5, Alingsås HK F06 blå, Sollentuna HK, OV Helsingborg HK MG, Borlänge HK 2, Kristianstad HK 1, Lödde Vikings HK 1 and Eslövs IK.

Elvebyen HK continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund HF 5 with 10-13. In the Final, Raklev G&I 2 won over Alingsås HK 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.
