In addition to the two OV Helsingborg teams, 77 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof OV Helsingborg HK MG could be found in Group 4 together with Huddinge HK 1, Uppsala HK 5, Alingsås HK F06 blå, Sollentuna HK, Borlänge HK 2, Elvebyen HK, Kristianstad HK 1, Lödde Vikings HK 1 and Eslövs IK.

OV Helsingborg HK MG continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 3 with 5-10. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK 3 won over Eslövs IK Svart and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.

OV Helsingborg HK also participated in Flickor 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Sollentuna HK with 7-8.
