In addition to the three Lugi teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Lugi HF 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Lidingö SK Grön, Kärra HF, Tomelilla IF, IK Lågan Hörby, Falu HK 2, Skara HF, Sollentuna HK, Växjö HF 2 and Kristianstad HK 4.

Lugi HF 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against H43 Lund HF with 8-9. In the Final, H43 Lund HF won over Kristianstad HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

Lugi HF also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in F03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 5 with 7-9.
