In addition to the two Eskil teams, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof HK Eskil 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Eslövs IK 1, Huddinge HK 2, Lödde Vikings HK 1, Kärra HF svart, IFK Malmö HF gul, Kungälvs HK svart, Ovesholms IF 2, HK Ankaret Vit and H43 Lund HF 2 NF.

HK Eskil 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against HK Eskil 2 with 7-9. In the Final, HK Eskil 2 won over OV Helsingborg HK 05A and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

HK Eskil also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in F04 C-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Hök Hk Hök with 3-8.
