In addition to Kärra HF, 79 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Kärra HF svart could be found in Group 2 together with Eslövs IK 1, Huddinge HK 2, Lödde Vikings HK 1, IFK Malmö HF gul, Kungälvs HK svart, HK Eskil 1, Ovesholms IF 2, HK Ankaret Vit and H43 Lund HF 2 NF.

Kärra HF svart continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK Di gule with 6-10. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 2 won over Eslövs IK 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

Kärra HF also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in F04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 2 with 7-11.
