In addition to the four Eslövs teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Huddinge HK 2, Lödde Vikings HK 1, Kärra HF svart, IFK Malmö HF gul, Kungälvs HK svart, HK Eskil 1, Ovesholms IF 2, HK Ankaret Vit and H43 Lund HF 2 NF.

Eslövs IK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK 2 with 10-11. In the Final, Kristianstad HK won over Lödde Vikings HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

Eslövs IK also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Kärra HF with 7-9.
