In addition to the four Eslövs teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK 2 could be found in Group 6 together with Lysekils HK, IFK Bankeryd, Eskilstuna Guif IF F05, Vinslövs HK 1, Kungälvs HK vit, IK Lågan Hörby, H43 Lund HF F05 2, Gustavsbergs IF HK 2 and OV Helsingborg HK 05B.

Eslövs IK 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kristianstad HK with 9-14. In the Final, Kristianstad HK won over Lödde Vikings HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

Eslövs IK also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Kärra HF with 7-9.
