In addition to the two Vinslövs teams, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Vinslövs HK 1 could be found in Group 6 together with Lysekils HK, IFK Bankeryd, Eskilstuna Guif IF F05, Kungälvs HK vit, IK Lågan Hörby, H43 Lund HF F05 2, Gustavsbergs IF HK 2, Eslövs IK 2 and OV Helsingborg HK 05B.

Vinslövs HK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK Röd with 8-13. In the Final, Kristianstad HK won over Lödde Vikings HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

Vinslövs HK also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in F04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK 2 with 11-12.
