In addition to the four OV Helsingborg teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof OV Helsingborg HK 05B could be found in Group 6 together with Lysekils HK, IFK Bankeryd, Eskilstuna Guif IF F05, Vinslövs HK 1, Kungälvs HK vit, IK Lågan Hörby, H43 Lund HF F05 2, Gustavsbergs IF HK 2 and Eslövs IK 2.

OV Helsingborg HK 05B continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against HK Eskil 2 with 10-14. In the Final, HK Eskil 2 won over OV Helsingborg HK 05A and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

OV Helsingborg HK also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 1 with 9-10.
