In addition to IK Lågan Hörby, 79 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby could be found in Group 6 together with Lysekils HK, IFK Bankeryd, Eskilstuna Guif IF F05, Vinslövs HK 1, Kungälvs HK vit, H43 Lund HF F05 2, Gustavsbergs IF HK 2, Eslövs IK 2 and OV Helsingborg HK 05B.

IK Lågan Hörby continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Ovesholms IF 2 with 6-7. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 2 won over Eslövs IK 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F04 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Hanvikens SK with 6-8.
